July 2022 - August 2023
- Led one-week design sprints working with product managers and developers to push 25+ features over one year by creating brand guidelines, leading the conversation in sprint meetings and workshops, and managing the overall UI design for the products.
- Integrated old product features to new product design guidelines to make it a more cohesive user experience and increase CSAT by 12% by following design guidelines and updating documentation.
- Ensured designs are scalable and responsive by using features such as auto layout in Figma, reducing design times by 20%.
March 2021 - August 2022
- Worked with product managers and developers over four months to release key product features, leading to a seed round of 1.6 million.
